Private Events on the Farm
Have your next event at the Dancing Bear Farm Pavilion! Private Events are offered May - November
A basic event is $100 and includes a two hour time slot plus:
Reserved use of our covered pavilion with a view
Table with tablecloth and benches
Toilet and handwashing facilities
Up to 25 event guests
Self-guided activities such as lawn games, trails, and animal viewing

Goat Party! – $75
Invite goats to the party! Party guests will have the opportunity to visit with, brush, and take photos with the goats, all while learning how we take care of the animals on our farm.
Guided Experience: 45 minutes

Garden Party – $50
Take a taste-testing tour of the garden with a farmer! Party goers will have a chance to harvest veggies in season, to either snack on immediately or to bring home. Veggie harvest options will change by season.

Goat Yoga – $125
A private goat yoga class with certified yoga instructor Christy Catsos. This slow flow class is suitable for all levels of yoga experience. There will be plenty of time for goat cuddles and photos throughout the class!

Chores & S’mores – $100
Help the farmers with their chores! Feed the goats and chickens while learning about their care. After chores are completed, you will have time for self-guided activities while we light a campfire. Wrap up your party around the campfire with S’mores! Ingredients and supplies included.

Additional Time Slot – $75
Book back-to-back time slots for additional time on the farm. Time slots are 10-12, 1-3, and 4-6 so you will have the option to book the party pavilion from 10-3 or 1-6, or book the party pavilion for the full day from 10-6

Campfire Party – $25
We will have the campfire set up with benches, chairs, and plenty of firewood for your party. Bring s’mores or other treats to roast over the fire or simply enjoy the campfire warmth. We are available to build and light the fire for you.
