Ages 1-5 & Caregivers

Meet us at Dancing Bear Farm for a story and farm exploration!

Each session we will begin with a read aloud and then we might meet the animals, craft with natural materials, share a farm snack, or more! You are invited to join us for the entire season or for individual sessions. Families are welcome to bring a picnic to enjoy on the farm before or after class. We have a shaded pavilion with picnic tables and a washroom.

Playgroups are a great way to connect with other families and to have a chance to spend time outdoors with your little one! These classes are led by Julia Lownie, a certified Nature-based Educator and farmer at Dancing Bear Farm.

We encourage child-led play and discovery at the farm. Dress in clothes you don't mind getting messy and closed-toed shoes. Boots are best! We have a restroom on site with a sink for handwashing.

Cost: Free! Donations are accepted but not required
